Job Responsibility:

Identify, research, and qualify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedHelper, SalesQL, Crunchbase, Hubspot, etc.
Conduct outbound email campaigns and social media outreach
Handle leads from marketing channels
Customize messaging to resonate with prospects’ pain points and business needs
Participate in pre-sales meeting
Work closely with the sales and marketing specialists to align strategies and improve lead conversion rates
Participate in brainstorming sessions
Track and report key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates and meetings booked
Upper-intermediate level of English or higher

Requirements:

Proven experience as an SDR, Business Development Representative, or similar role in IT outsourcing, software development, or SaaS company
Proficient in lead generation tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Strong understanding of software development concepts, common tech stacks, and industry trends
Ability to craft compelling and personalized outreach messages
the possibility of traveling abroad
Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken)
