This role sits within a Facilities Hub team that supports clients with vendors across multiple locations. The position focuses on vendor outreach, onboarding, and compliance follow-up. It is a phone-based, sales-style role where you will be working directly with vendors to bring them into the program and ensure all required documentation is completed.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to vendors (target of 40-60 calls per day)
Explain the program and persuade vendors to join
Follow up with vendors to collect required insurance, licensing, and compliance documentation
Ensure vendor onboarding packages are complete and ready for internal handoff
Track activity and progress through structured workflows and spreadsheets
Work in a metrics-driven environment with recorded calls and performance tracking
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in roles involving high-volume phone outreach such as inside sales, call center, account development, vendor management, or dispatch
Experience persuading external partners or clients, not internal employee onboarding
