This role is designed as a launchpad into enterprise advertising and AdTech sales. As a Sales Development Representative at GlassView, you will sit at the front of our revenue engine, engaging directly with media buyers at advertising agencies and marketing decision-makers at Fortune 500 brands. You will gain first-hand exposure to how modern programmatic media is planned, bought, optimized, and measured at scale. High performers in this role will have a clear path to advancement into closing sales, partnerships, or account leadership roles as the company grows. The Sales Development Representative plays a critical role in building pipeline and expanding GlassView’s footprint across agencies and brand advertisers. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and booking high-quality discovery meetings for our sales team. This role supports expansion into new verticals, new markets, and select international opportunities over time.
Job Responsibility:
Prospect into advertising agencies (independent and holding companies) and brand-direct advertisers
Engage media buyers, programmatic leads, and marketing decision-makers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and sales tools
Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives selling emotion-measured and optimized media campaigns
Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Winmo, Apollo, RocketReach, SalesLoft, and Salesforce
Research accounts and buyers to personalize outreach and improve conversion
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and account records in Salesforce
Consistently achieve a monthly quota of 10 qualified meetings aligned to revenue growth
Collaborate closely with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy
Contribute to the evolution of GlassView’s SDR and lead-generation playbook
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred)
1–2 years of relevant work experience, internships, or customer-facing roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Salesforce or sales engagement tools is a plus (SalesLoft experience a bonus)
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
