As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Endor Labs, you will play a pivotal role in driving our future growth by collaborating with the Marketing and Sales teams to qualify leads and build a robust pipeline of opportunities. You thrive on engaging with prospects, identifying high-value opportunities, and managing early sales funnel activities.
Job Responsibility:
Forge new opportunities by researching high-value prospects
Transform leads into wins by qualifying them as prime sales opportunities
Execute outbound sales playbook with enthusiasm
Engage potential customers through dynamic cold-calling
Build meaningful connections with prospects
Reignite interest in potential customers who didn’t convert
Drive performance by meeting or exceeding SLAs
Collaborate with Marketing to refine targeting strategies
Requirements:
Professional experience in sales or business development, preferably within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry
Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or similar platforms
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Proactive approach and ability to tackle challenges head-on
Strong motivation and determination
Ability to work seamlessly with diverse teams across functions
Nice to have:
