Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. As a Sales Development Representative based in London, you will be on the front lines of our growth efforts, driving outbound prospecting, booking high-quality meetings, and shaping how Profound engages new customers. You will also play a foundational role in building our London presence, helping establish Profound’s footprint in the UK and Europe. This is not a traditional SDR role.
Job Responsibility:
Drive outbound initiatives by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects across key industries
Execute personalized, structured outreach campaigns to generate qualified meetings and pipeline
Manage high-volume outreach with precision, ensuring every interaction reflects Profound’s tone and value
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and go-to-market experiments
Act as a founding member of our London office, helping shape our go-to-market motion, culture, and processes as we scale
Requirements:
Intelligent, persistent, and self-motivated, with a proven knack for cold outbound outreach and curiosity about the AI space
Highly coachable and adaptable, open to feedback and eager to refine your craft
Comfortable managing high-volume, high-quality interactions and resilient in the face of rejection
