Job Description:

Sociallyin is a 100% social media-focused and reputable Marketing and Advertising Agency. We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team in Birmingham, Alabama! This is a remote, entry-level position - no sales experience required.

Job Responsibility:

Focus on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification
Be comfortable with contacting leads through multiple methods of communication
Gain and utilize product knowledge to field inquiries
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Stay up-to-date on best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:

A firm understanding of Social Media Marketing
Experience using Hubspot is a big plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills
A resilient and determined attitude
An energetic, coachable, positive, team-player mindset
Ability to ask good questions to discover the needs of a prospect
Natural relationship builder and connector
Respectful, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:
