LearnUpon LMS helps organizations train their employees, partners, and customers. Businesses can manage, track, and achieve their unique learning goals — all through a single, powerful solution. The Business Development Team is at the forefront of the Sales team in LearnUpon, responsible for qualifying all inquiries that come into LearnUpon and proactively creating opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Job Responsibility:
Determine if product is a good fit for a potential customer's requirements
Move the prospect into the sales pipeline by scheduling introductions to an Account Executive
Play an active role in developing and improving processes for the Sales Development team and the company
Identify and understand the business requirements of future customers
Be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every interaction with potential customers
Schedule and take responsibility for all initial qualification calls and arrange discovery calls or demonstrations
Understand the features and functionality of the LMS and convey its value
Maintain a clean and accurate record of account information within a CRM system
Manage outbound prospecting processes, including prospecting to target accounts
Requirements:
Demonstrated passion for sales and business
Self-motivated and energetic with an unwavering positive attitude
Comfortable working with others and in a team environment
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Strong drive for achieving results
Ability to deal with change in a rapidly growing organization
Excellent communication skills
Open to receiving constructive criticism and applying feedback

Enjoys the challenge of delivering on monthly and quarterly revenue targets
