We are looking for an SDR with strong MSP background to help grow our Managed IT and Cybersecurity services in North America. You must understand how MSPs work, speak confidently to clients, and have at least three years of experience in MSP sales or client engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Qualify inbound leads for Managed IT and Cybersecurity services
Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect needs
Book meetings for the MSP sales team and support early-stage pipeline activities
Explain MSP offerings in simple, confident language
Maintain accurate CRM updates, notes, and weekly activity reporting
Provide light account support once a customer has closed
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in an MSP (Managed IT Services provider)
Experience in MSP sales, prospecting, or client engagement
