We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team in Atlanta. This role will be hybrid position working out of our office located in the Buckhead area.
Job Responsibility:
Outbound & Inbound Prospecting – Execute targeted outreach to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified meetings
Lead Qualification – Engage prospects in discovery conversations to understand needs, qualify fit against ICP and buyer personas, and hand off sales-ready leads to Account Executives
Campaign Execution – Work closely with Marketing on executing and following up on inbound campaigns, webinars, and events
Tool & Process Utilization – Use Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to manage daily activities, maintain accurate data, and track performance
Performance Metrics – Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets
Mentorship & Team Contribution – Support onboarding of new SDRs, share outreach strategies, and provide feedback to improve team results
Collaboration – Partner with Sales to develop targeted account strategies and coordinate outreach efforts
Market Research – Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and key market developments to improve engagement effectiveness
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
0-2 years of SDR/BDR, sales operations experience, preferably SaaS or technology
Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator Preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced role
Self-motivated with a team oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
