Sales Development Representative

• Identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospects
• Scheduling qualified meetings/demos for sales executives
• Researching, identifying, and prospecting potential customers within targeted industries (Food, Fresh Produce, Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, etc.)
• Engaging leads through emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
• Conducting initial discovery conversations to identify customer pain points, business goals, and qualification criteria
• Collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns
• Using CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce) consistently to track activities and manage pipeline growth

• 3-5 years of successful experience in Sales, Business Development, or similar customer-facing roles
• Previous SaaS or Logistics/Transportation industry experience is highly preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Proven ability to prospect, engage, and build relationships with customers across multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-driven individual comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, FreshSales, etc.) and other outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Outreach.io)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
