The SDR team plays a strategic role in bringing these value propositions to market by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential accounts across multiple industries and geographies. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving Assist Digital’s growth by generating high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for our Business Development Managers. This is not a volume-based outreach role. Success as an SDR at Assist Digital requires strategic research, account intelligence, and personalized engagement. Your ultimate mission is to connect prospects’ business challenges to Assist Digital’s value propositions, leveraging your research, messaging, and execution skills to create pipeline-ready opportunities. Success in this role requires discipline, persistence, and an analytical mindset, as well as the ability to adapt messaging based on insights from market research, prospect feedback, and industry trends.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct market analysis and targeting research to identify high-potential accounts
Build, enrich, and qualify lead lists aligned with ICPs
Run structured multilingual outbound campaigns (Calls, Email, LinkedIn)
Execute personalized multi-touch sequences based on research insights
Book Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for Account Executives
Track and report outreach activity and campaign performance
Market Analysis & Targeting: Identify priority industries, accounts, and segments
Research companies, decision-makers, and influencers
Align targeting with campaign goals and value propositions
Lead Generation & Qualification: Build and enrich lead lists using Apollo (or equivalent)
Target high potential leads based on research
Apply qualification frameworks to validate lead relevance
Outbound Execution: Launch structured campaigns
Execute personalized, multi-touch cadences across channels
Adapt messaging based on industry, role, and pain points
Ensure timely and consistent follow-up on all prospects
Reporting: Ensure accurate CRM entry and pipeline hygiene
Log activities, outcomes, and research insights
Provide daily activity tracking and weekly performance reporting
Collaboration: Work closely with BDM to align on SQL quality
Share insights from market research and prospect feedback
Continuously improve messaging and targeting strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Sales Development / Outbound Sales role (SDR experience is mandatory)
Strong research and analytical mindset
Ability to understand and position complex B2B offerings (CX, Data, AI)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Phone, email and LinkedIn outreach)
Structured, disciplined, and consistent approach to outbound prospecting
Strong comfort with data, KPIs, and performance reporting
High level of discipline, rigor, and assiduity in daily execution
