We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2 to 4 years of staffing industry sales experience to support our business development efforts. This junior-level role focuses on generating qualified pipeline for the Sales team through proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling discovery meetings. The ideal candidate is coachable, metric-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibility:
Prospect into target accounts using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools
Qualify inbound leads and route them appropriately based on fit and urgency
Build pipeline by scheduling qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
Research prospects to tailor outreach and improve conversion rates
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the CRM
Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, emails, connects, meetings set, SQLs, and pipeline creation
Partner with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging, outreach sequences, and targeting strategy
Handle objections effectively and perform consistent follow-up
Participate in trainings, role plays, and ongoing development initiatives
Requirements:
Two to four years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales within Staffing Industry
Demonstrated success with outbound prospecting and appointment setting
Comfort with high-volume outreach and KPI-driven performance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
Strong organization, follow-through, and time management abilities
Ability to quickly learn and articulate product value propositions and sales methodology
Nice to have:
Experience selling staffing services
Experience selling into mid-market accounts or specific industry verticals
Proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas
