As a Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) within the construction and design sector, you will serve as the frontline ambassador and the very first point of contact for the company’s future clients. This strategic role is designed for a hunter mindset, where you will identify and qualify high-value business opportunities within organizations of 50+ employees. Job Responsibility:
Execute rigorous cold outreach across multiple channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn
Maintain high call volumes to ensure maximum market visibility and brand awareness
Qualify prospects by identifying their workspace design needs, pain points, and project timelines
Book high-quality discovery meetings for senior sales representatives
Ensure consistent lead follow-up throughout the sales cycle, until the design contract is finalized
Conduct strategic prospecting research using advanced sales tools to identify key decision-makers
Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to refine outreach scripts and optimize conversion strategies
Demonstrate elite resilience when handling objections, maintaining unwavering conviction in the value of our solutions
Requirements:
Proven track record with at least one successful experience in B2B sales or high-volume outbound calling (telemarketing)
French is mandatory (oral and written)
Functional English proficiency (a strong asset)
Ability to work on-site
