In this role, you will play a key role in promoting our cutting-edge technology and expanding our reach. Our Sales Development Representatives are a group of competitive individuals who are the first step in spreading awareness of our world class enablement tool. This is an entry level Sales Development role designed to build foundational skills in software sales through high activity, structured outreach and consistent execution. You will primarily manage inbound leads and drive outbound across non named accounts in the DACH region. Your focus is to create first conversations, generate meetings and support pipeline creation for the sales team. This role is an ideal starting point for a career in SaaS sales, with a clear path into outbound SDR or Account Executive positions over time.
Job Responsibility
Inbound and outbound execution
Handle and qualify inbound leads across the DACH region
Execute outbound outreach across phone, email and LinkedIn
Prospect into non named accounts to generate new opportunities
High activity and meeting generation
Maintain a high level of daily outreach activity
Focus on generating first meetings for Account Executives
Ensure timely follow up and responsiveness to prospects
Structured working style
Follow defined outbound cadences and processes
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and activity tracking
Apply basic qualification guidelines to ensure meeting relevance
AI supported productivity
Use AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude, Slack based assistants or similar solutions) to support research and outreach efficiency
Apply templates and AI outputs to scale personalisation
Continuously look for ways to improve productivity through technology
Collaboration
Work closely with Account Executives to build pipeline
Align on meeting quality and handover expectations
Requirements
High motivation and willingness to work consistently towards goals
Comfortable in a high activity environment
Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience cold calling preferred
