Job Description

Jeeves is rapidly growing our operations across North America and searching for a motivated, ambitious Sales Development Representative to join and help scale our NAM sales organization. The Sales Development Representative will report to our GM in NAM/EMEA, and be responsible for closing high-value clients and growing the NAM market. We are in need of driven sales professionals to focus on generating qualified prospects via a multi channel approach using AI tools, email, WhatsApp, cold calls, events, and channel partners. This position is both hands-on and strategic as they will act in a critical role for Jeeves as the hunter of new business opportunities.

Job Responsibility

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, focusing on those who could benefit from the company's products or services
  • Outbound Sales Efforts: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to connect with potential clients
  • Qualification of Leads: Assess the needs and challenges of prospective clients to determine if they align with the company's solutions
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all leads and prospects within the company's CRM system
  • Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with Account Executives and other sales team members to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Market and Industry Research: Stay informed about trends, challenges, and opportunities in the fintech industry
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Regularly track and report on key performance metrics
  • Participation in Sales and Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning and execution of targeted sales and marketing campaigns
  • Continuous Learning and Development: Stay up-to-date with the company’s products, services, and value propositions
  • Customer Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from prospects and clients about the company's offerings and share insights with the product and marketing teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role in financial services, payments, crypto, blockchain/digital asset technologies
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with experience working across North America and Latin America in B2B sales
  • Experience in Lead Generation: Proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and lead qualification
  • Familiarity with Prospecting Tools: Experience using various prospecting tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, understand industry trends, and identify opportunities for lead generation
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various sales and marketing tools
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and creatively to overcome objections and find solutions
  • Innovative Prospecting: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative strategies for prospecting and lead generation
  • Resilience and Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • Understanding of Fintech: Familiarity with the fintech industry, including knowledge of financial products, services, and industry challenges

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the sales team, as well as with marketing and product teams
  • Continuous Learning: Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques, industry developments, and company products/services

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or similar frameworks is a plus
  • A passion for technology and innovation in finance is a plus
