Job Responsibility:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers who align with our solutions
Reach out via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
Gather detailed insights into prospects and their business needs
Manage leads and interactions effectively through internal tools
Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to assess fit based on needs, budget, and timeline
Ask smart, qualifying questions and hand over high-quality leads to sales
Relationship Building: Act as the first point of contact for prospects
Build rapport, answer queries, and offer relevant information
Meeting Booking: Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team
Ensure all context and information is passed along for a seamless discussion
Collaboration & Communication: Work in close sync with the sales team for smooth lead handovers
Keep stakeholders updated on lead progress and pipeline status
Continuous Improvement: Stay on top of sales best practices and trends
Reflect on performance and identify areas to improve
Requirements:
Awareness or understanding of Salesforce ecosystem is mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and persistence
Comfortable with cold outreach and lead qualification
