We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team, based in Zurich, Switzerland, working fully remotely. About the role: As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating sales leads by prospecting via phone, email, and social media, helping us set up meetings by reaching out to potential customers. You will be provided with access to critical tools, platforms, and relevant data to help you become successful in prospecting and booking meetings. Being the first point of contact for many of our future customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring everybody we reach out to gets a good impression of Keepit and our cloud-native data backup and recovery services. In this role, you will be focusing on engaging and developing relationships with customers across the Swiss market. The profile we are looking for will enjoy the adrenaline rush from creating a new opportunity as much as we do. We are looking for a team player who strives to improve and excel in every aspect of the job.
Job Responsibility
Drive pipeline generation and awareness in the Swiss market through outbound cold calling, social media, and email outreach
Generate opportunities and book qualified sales meetings between key decision-makers and our Account Executive team
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and engagement strategies for Switzerland
Act as an ambassador for Keepit, ensuring a positive and professional first touchpoint with potential customers
Requirements
Fluent in Swiss German and comfortable working in English in an international environment
Brings commercial drive and enjoys building relationships with senior stakeholders
Experience in sales development, inside sales, or another customer-facing role
Thrives in outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Takes a proactive and structured approach to building pipeline
Motivated by targets and the thrill of creating new opportunities
