We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our team and make a significant impact on the company's success! In this role, you will take charge of growing a lead pipeline and selling top-notch technology while being part of a remarkable, diverse sales team. The ideal candidate must be a people person, who is able to source, qualify, and conduct discovery conversations with prospective customers. This is a fully remote position reporting to the Manager of Sales.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively identifying and engaging potential customers through various methods of personalized outreach such as phone calls, emails, texts, and social media
Using various tools and strategies to research each prospect’s unique business needs
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with prospects
Maintaining accurate and detailed notes of lead generation activities and interactions with leads in the CRM system
Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams
Initiating contact with inbound leads
Promptly responding to inbound inquiries to qualify them
Requirements:
1+ years of remote sales development experience
Ability to conduct in-depth research via various online tools
Proficiency with Google Suite (spreadsheet, docs, etc.)
Experience with CRM systems
Confident and assertive verbal communication skills
Dynamic and creative written communication skills
Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and changing environment
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
Ability to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work
Ability to perform job duties from a home office
Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality
Nice to have:
Experience with MacOS
Relevant industry experience strongly preferred (SaaS, Automotive, or Digital Advertising)
