Conduct cold outreach via email (leveraging sales engagement tool), LinkedIn, phone calls, and other digital channels to engage potential customers
Research and identify ideal client profiles and target accounts using lead generation tools and databases
Qualify leads through discovery calls and initial interactions to assess their needs and fit for our solutions
Set up meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified leads
Maintain and update the CRM system (Salesforce) with accurate lead information and outreach activities
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging
Track and analyze outreach performance metrics, including response rates and conversion rates, to optimize strategies
Analyze sales data to identify trends and key points
Support Account Plans build, including stakeholder management mapping, pursuit plans
Nurture prospects who might not be open for immediate opportunities, keeping them engaged for future opportunities
Centralize general industry, regulatory, and information on new target logos
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our solutions
Assist the team in carrying out an added layer of research for open opportunities that materialize from warm leads to ensure a more tailored pitch
Requirements:
A strong academic background with superb written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Cold Outreach using multi channels (email, LinkedIn, calls etc)
Sales-oriented thought processes and skills
Project Management and research skills
Intellectually curious and up to date in using AI tools
Strong analytical skills and cross functional knowledge to assess opportunities and implement process improvements
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced working environment
Familiarity with MS Office programs
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
Nice to have:
Experience with Salesforce (or other CRMs) and other Sales Enablement tools (Outreach, Salesloft or equivalent) would be an advantage
Knowledge and experience within the alternative industry, the business and service needs of industry participants, and an understanding of the global service delivery models with specific reference to alternative vehicles would be an asset
