We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Copenhagen, focusing on the Central and Eastern European (CEE) and Finnish market, ideally Polish speaking. As an SDR, you will generate new business opportunities by prospecting via phone, email, and social media. You will engage with potential customers across CEE and Finland, setting up qualified meetings for our Account Executives. You’ll have access to the tools, data, and training needed to succeed, and as the first touchpoint for many of our future customers, you’ll play a critical role in shaping their first impression of Keepit and our cloud-native data backup and recovery platform.
Job Responsibility:
Drive pipeline generation and awareness in the CEE and Finnish market through outbound calls, email, and social media
Identify and book qualified meetings with key decision-makers
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and engagement strategies for CEE and Finland
Act as a brand ambassador for Keepit, ensuring a professional and positive first interaction
Requirements:
Fluent in Polish (other CEE languages a plus) and comfortable working in English in an international environment
Strong commercial drive and experience building relationships with senior stakeholders
Background in sales development, inside sales, or another customer-facing role
Confident in outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Proactive, structured, and target-driven approach to building pipeline
