Job Responsibility:
Reaching out to marketing firms and working to connect with key decision-makers to qualify if we’re a good fit, set appointments, and most importantly—keep those appointments solid through timely follow-ups and relationship-building
Requirements:
Some experience as an SDR or outbound sales role
Confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills
A hunter’s mindset: you get excited about chasing new business and don’t stop until you get the meeting
Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Grind daily: phone calls, email cadences, LinkedIn outreach, and even direct mail — you use every tool in the toolbox to generate interest
Qualify leads using thoughtful discovery
Set high-quality appointments that convert into real sales opportunities
Track interactions, progress, and outcomes in our CRM
Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve targeting
