As a Sales Development Representative at Perkbox, you’ll sit at the heart of our go-to-market engine. You’ll generate high-quality opportunities across the EMEA region, working with both inbound and outbound leads to fuel pipeline growth. Partnering closely with Marketing and Account Executives, you’ll be the first voice many prospects hear, sharing our employee value proposition and uncovering how Perkbox can genuinely support their people.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively source and engage new outbound leads
Generate interest through email, phone, LinkedIn, and video outreach
Book and run qualification calls to understand prospect needs and assess fit
Clearly articulate the Perkbox value proposition and handle objections with confidence
Deliver a standout experience for prospects throughout the early sales journey
Schedule high-quality demos for our Account Executive team
Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure smooth, well-informed lead handovers
Maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline in Salesforce with excellent data hygiene
Share best practice with the wider SDR team and contribute to a culture of learning and coaching
Requirements:
A strong interest in building a career in sales within a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A commercially minded, curious approach to understanding customer challenges
Resilience, drive, and motivation to pick up the phone and start conversations
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using CRM systems, or the appetite to learn quickly
Nice to have:
Previous experience in a sales, customer-facing, or target-driven role
Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools or Salesforce
Experience working in a scaling or high-growth business
