Job Responsibility:
Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact potential customers through cold calls and emails
Identify customer needs and determine if they require customer care or sales assistance
Set up meetings or calls between customers and Account Executives
Stay up-to-date with the company's new products/services and pricing plans
Utilise Salesforce and sales cadence management tools to effectively engage prospects
Requirements:
A strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads and starting new relationships
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Familiarity with Google Workspace
Understanding of sales performance metrics (KPIs)
Excellent communication skills and ability to learn quickly
