UK Connect seeks a Sales Development Representative with a strong track record in delivering a consistent and high-quality pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales department. This position exists to identify, engage and qualify prospective customers, creating meaningful sales conversions that drive revenue growth. Sales Development Representatives at UK Connect the first point of contact for potential customers and become the critical link between marketing and sales, by delivering a seamless transition from initial engagement through to sales conversion.
Job Responsibility:
Lead Engagement & Qualification: All leads are proactively sourced, promptly contacted and thoroughly qualified against key criteria, with clear outcomes
CRM & Pipeline Maintenance: Ensure all leads are accurately captured and maintained in the CRM with clear next steps and timelines, with qualified leads converted into quantified opportunities reflecting full revenue potential
Internal Collaboration & Handover: Provide clear feedback to Marketing on campaign performance and lead quality, collaborate on refining lead generation strategies and ensure well-informed handovers to Account Managers and Sales Engineers
Product & Solution Awareness: Maintain a strong understanding of both UK Connect's core solutions and positioning
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role that enables you to showcase transferrable skills
