Jeeves is rapidly growing our operations in CDMX and searching for a motivated, ambitious Sales Development Representative to join and help scale our Mexico sales organization. The Sales Development Representative will report to our Country Manager in Mexico / Colombia, and be responsible for closing high-value clients and growing the Mexican market. We are in need of driven sales professionals to focus on generating qualified prospects via a multi channel approach using AI tools, email, WhatsApp, cold calls, events, and channel partners. This position is both hands-on and strategic as they will act in a critical role for Jeeves as the hunter of new business opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients
Outbound Sales Efforts: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
Qualification of Leads: Assess the needs and challenges of prospective clients
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all leads and prospects
Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with Account Executives and other sales team members
Market and Industry Research: Stay informed about trends, challenges, and opportunities in the fintech industry
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Regularly track and report on key performance metrics
Participation in Sales and Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning and execution of targeted sales and marketing campaigns
Continuous Learning and Development: Stay up-to-date with the company’s products, services, and value propositions
Customer Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from prospects and clients
Requirements:
Sales Experience: 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the fintech, finance, or technology industry
Fluent in English
Experience in Lead Generation: Proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and lead qualification
Familiarity with Prospecting Tools: Experience using various prospecting tools and platforms
CRM Proficiency: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
