Job Responsibility:
Manage and grow sales within existing Partner accounts
Re‑engage dormant accounts and follow up cold and warm inbound/outbound leads
Identify opportunities, prepare quotes, and support closing deals
Explain the benefits of our Hardware Store and guide Partners to the right solutions
Handle the full sales process from quotation through to order fulfilment
Keep your pipeline and CRM (Dynamics) accurate and up to date
Work closely with Supply Chain, Operations and Account Managers to ensure smooth delivery
Resolve Partner queries quickly and professionally
Spot upsell/cross‑sell opportunities to drive additional revenue
Requirements:
Some experience in a sales, telesales, or lead generation role
Confident speaking to customers and following up leads
Comfortable managing quotes, orders, and general sales admin
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Able to work at pace, stay organised, and adapt quickly
Experience using CRM systems (Dynamics a bonus) and Microsoft Office
