Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians. The Sales Development Representative will own high-intent inbound demand, run demos, qualify opportunities, and build product mastery in a fast-paced, in-person role in New York.
Job Responsibility:
Own high-intent inbound demand and convert interest into qualified pipeline for the US sales team
Run live conversations and product demos with clinicians, practice managers, and operators
Deconstruct how medical practices actually operate, identify pain points, and diagnose where Heidi creates real value
Qualify and route opportunities with speed and precision across Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Partnerships
Build deep product mastery so you can answer questions in the moment
Maintain clean notes, clear context, and strong handoffs
Continuously improve how we qualify, message, and respond to inbound demand as volume and complexity increase
Requirements:
Priority one is a hard worker
Impeccably sharp, humble, and comfortable operating at speed without excessive process or oversight
Relentlessly curious
Motivated by ownership, growth, and uncapped upside
Energized by responsibility rather than structure
Clear communicator who can think on their feet
Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by building something
Sales experience is preferred
Nice to have:
Experience in healthcare or SaaS is helpful
