We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join a growing team in a contract-to-permanent capacity. In this role, you will serve as an early point of contact for prospective clients, introducing solution-driven business planning tools and creating meaningful opportunities for the sales organization. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound outreach, building executive-level relationships, and contributing to a fast-paced B2B SaaS sales environment.
Job Responsibility:
Initiate outreach to prospective enterprise customers and create a strong first impression through thoughtful, consultative conversations
Develop and advance sales opportunities by engaging decision-makers, identifying business needs, and securing introductory meetings for the sales team
Use account-based prospecting methods to target key organizations, personalize outreach, and improve engagement with high-value accounts
Partner closely with field sales representatives to align on territory strategy, messaging, and next-step actions for priority prospects
Lead conversations that focus on business value, helping prospects understand how planning, forecasting, budgeting, and modeling solutions can support their goals
Maintain consistent activity levels across calls, follow-ups, and pipeline development efforts to achieve weekly and monthly performance targets
Track outreach progress, lead status, and sales activity accurately within Salesforce and related sales tools
Support demand generation efforts through outbound sales and business development initiatives across B2B SaaS accounts
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of experience in a commission-based sales environment
Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing goals related to lead generation, pipeline growth, or sales performance
Experience prospecting into large enterprise or Fortune 2000 organizations
Background in inside sales, outbound prospecting, business development, or B2B sales
Familiarity with SaaS-based sales approaches and the ability to communicate value to business stakeholders
Working knowledge of Salesforce, including Salesforce Sales Cloud or related sales and marketing platforms
Strong communication skills, personal drive, professionalism, and the ability to maintain high outreach volume in a fast-moving environment
