The Sales Development Representative role at boostclub.io is a full-time position that can be performed on-site in Marbella or remotely. The representative will focus on prospecting and closing new clients across various industries that utilize SEO, conducting high-volume outreach, and managing accounts for renewals and upsells. The role also includes demonstrating the BoostClub.io dashboard and may involve representing the company at events across Europe.
Job Responsibility
Prospect and close new clients across all industries that rely on SEO
Run high-volume phone outreach and consultative sales calls
Demo the BoostClub.io dashboard and translate features into commercial value
Manage accounts to drive renewals, upsells, and retention
Represent BoostClub.io at conferences and events across Europe (not a requirement)
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in a Media, SEO, or digital platform environment
Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, including conducting effective discovery calls, negotiations, and closing deals
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions in a clear, value-focused way
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive and self-directed working style
Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and basic competence with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365)
Fluency in English
