Job Responsibility:

Oversee and maintain customer data collected through online marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn) to ensure accuracy and effective lead management
Engage with prospective customers via phone or text to assess their needs, gather key information, and identify sales opportunities
Accurately record and manage all customer information, ensuring timely allocation of leads to the appropriate regional dealers or SANY direct sales team
Coordinate with the dealer network to monitor lead progress, follow up on outcomes, and maintain updated records of all interactions
Prepare and deliver detailed weekly reports and performance updates to the senior management team

Requirements:

Telemarketing experience in SaaS products, Udesk and other fields is preferred
Previous constriction equipment experience & knowledge is advantageous
Able to deliver excellent customer service
Self-motivated with a dedicated approach
