Crusoe.ai is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to engage and help acquire new customers in AI/ML, Robotics, Scientific Research, and other GPU compute-intensive industries. Your contributions will directly support Crusoe's mission to help accelerate the abundance of energy, intelligence, and build the future faster. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll speak the language of AI builders — understanding their challenges, curiosity, and scale requirements. By engaging and connecting them with Crusoe’s vertically integrated AI cloud, you’ll help them access performant, sustainable infrastructure built for the pace of modern AI development.
Job Responsibility:
Prospecting and Outbound Outreach: Identify and research AI native companies and teams
Understand their needs and how Crusoe can help
Generate qualified outbound meetings for Account Executives through cold calls, personalized emails, social selling, and in-person events
Inbound Lead Nurture & Qualification: Qualify and nurture inbound leads from AI developers, founders, engineers, and research teams exploring Crusoe Cloud
Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Share insights and feedback with the broader sales and marketing team to help refine approaches and improve overall performance
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for Crusoe within key market segments
Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as outbound activities, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline opportunities
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a sales development or outbound prospecting role, preferably in cloud, B2B SaaS, or AI verticals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives
Proficiency in leveraging AI models (Gemini, Preplexity, Claude, ChatGPT) for sales use cases and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, Lemlist, Trellus)
Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, psychology or a related field is preferred
