We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and support the sales pipeline through proactive outreach. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with prospects, skilled at qualifying leads, and energized by working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Job Responsibility
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach efforts to identify and engage prospective clients
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and determine next steps for the sales process
Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team members
Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM systems
Follow up consistently with leads to build relationships and drive pipeline growth
Research target accounts and identify potential decision-makers
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on outreach strategies and campaigns
Meet or exceed outreach, lead generation, and appointment-setting goals
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally in all interactions
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of inside sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging new prospects
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills, resilience, and follow-through
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a metrics-driven environment
