The Sales Development Representative is the link between the Outside Sales team and the prospect. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for developing and generating a quality sales pipeline for the outside sales team.
Job Responsibility:
Regular interface and communication with assigned Sales Leaders and Outside Sales team members
Research and pre-qualify potential new prospects
Follow up on Warm Leads generated by the marketing team
Identify key decision makers and update database list of contacts
Leverage a best-in-class fully integrated tech stack to increase sales development efficiency
Listening and uncovering potential opportunities for The Morris Company
Provide accurate quotes to prospects and follow up on requests
Deliver on Key Performance Indicators (critical metrics-KPI's) to get results
Requirements:
BS/BA College Degree
1-2 years previous work experience in a customer-facing role
Strong desire to learn and advance in a sales career
Highly developed drive to achieve and exceed goals
Passion for personal and professional growth
