We're looking for a proactive, resilient, and relationship-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us build something new. This is a pipeline-building role, focused primarily on outbound prospecting and generating qualified opportunities for our sales team. You will be responsible for identifying target accounts, engaging key decision-makers, and booking high-quality meetings within life sciences and pharmaceuticals. Your primary responsibility is to create new business opportunities through consistent outbound outreach and strategic prospecting.
Job Responsibility:
Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups
Identify and research target accounts within pharma, biotech, life sciences, market research firms, and consultancies
Engage decision-makers and qualify leads based on fit and opportunity potential
Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives and senior sales team members
Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activity consistently
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
Gather market feedback from conversations to help refine positioning and outreach strategy
Consistently hit activity and meeting targets
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting
Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity, including daily cold calling
Resilient and persistent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Competitive, target-driven mindset with a desire to grow into a closing role over time
Curious and proactive
Coachable and eager to improve
