As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Docomotion product (an advanced document generation application acquired by Novidea), you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create opportunities and contribute to the company’s growth.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate leads
Qualify inbound leads and set up meetings for the sales team
Research and identify potential customers and key decision-makers
Develop outreach strategies to engage with target prospects
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and customer information
Utilize LinkedIn for prospecting, networking, and lead generation
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts
Stay up to date on industry trends and Docomotion’s product offerings
Requirements:
At least one year of experience in a similar role - Must
Fluent English (both written and spoken) - Must
Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting and networking - Must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) - Advantage
