Job Responsibility
Identify, qualify and engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, email and social media
Nurture new contacts through the sales cycle to provide Sales Specialists with qualified pipeline
Track and manage lead interactions using our CRM and report on performance metrics
Collaborate with and provide insights to Sales and Marketing to optimise lead generation strategies and campaigns
Use tools to proactively research and identify target businesses based on trends within our ideal customer profile
Requirements

Proven experience in B2B lead generation or sales development (within telecoms or technology sector is desirable)
