At Nedap Security, we develop smart and innovative access systems that make organizations worldwide more secure and efficient. For our commercial team, which focuses on Key Accounts in Europe, we are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). As an SDR, your primary focus will be on creating high-quality client agreements regarding physical security. You'll work with large organizations such as multinationals and (semi-)governmental organizations, where scale and complexity converge in the field of physical security. You'll play a crucial role in identifying and contacting stakeholders at key accounts, working closely with sales and marketing to fill the pipeline with high-quality client agreements/opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Managing and qualifying incoming leads through our CRM system HubSpot
Proactively identify and approach both existing and new key accounts using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Supporting the DACH Sales team in expanding business at existing key accounts
Scheduling appointments and building relationships with potential customers
Ensure accurate and up-to-date data management in HubSpot
Collaborate with our German telemarketing partner to strengthen outreach efforts
Participate in the organization of events in the DACH region such as customer days together with colleagues from Sales and Marketing
Requirements:
You speak fluent German and can communicate well in English
Dutch is a plus
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a commercial field or comparable background
You have experience with outbound calling – or are motivated to learn and develop this
You like to work with (or want to learn to work with) tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lusha
Nice to have:
An affinity with access control or security technology is a nice plus
