We are looking for a driven and efficient Sales Development Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this Contract to permanent role, you will play a key part in cultivating relationships with potential clients, engaging in strategic sales conversations, and driving business growth through targeted outreach. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with field sales teams and contribute to impactful sales strategies.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, delivering compelling messages about business planning, forecasting, and budgeting solutions
Build and nurture leads with relevant experience by establishing rapport, cultivating relationships, and scheduling meetings or demonstrations for the sales team
Engage in meaningful, value-driven discussions with prospects to effectively communicate the benefits of products and services
Collaborate closely with field sales teams to develop and implement strategic Account-Based Sales Development plans
Utilize Account-Based Marketing techniques to connect with the right audience at the optimal time with tailored messaging
Proactively meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, including metrics such as call volumes, forecasts, and meeting objectives
Maintain efficiency and dedication while consistently delivering results that align with sales objectives
Leverage outbound sales strategies to identify and engage potential clients, contributing to the overall growth of the business
Monitor and assess sales activity to refine strategies and improve performance
Utilize Salesforce and other platforms to track leads and manage sales activities effectively
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 1-2 years in a commissioned sales role
Proven track record of achieving and surpassing lead generation, forecasting, and sales goals
Experience engaging with Fortune 2000 accounts and effectively communicating with decision-makers
High level of energy, dedication, and a passion for building strong client relationships
Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and business development processes
Ability to maintain consistent high call volumes and manage multiple prospects efficiently
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing, Sales Cloud, and other related tools
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering results
