Job Responsibility:
Lead generation: Identifying and researching potential leads through various sources
Daily outbound sales calls: Initiating proactive outbound calls to potential customers to introduce, promote, and set up meetings with Key Decision Makers
Product knowledge: Becoming well-versed in the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the company's products
Building relationships: Establishing rapport and building positive relationships with gatekeepers and customers
Achieving sales targets: Meeting or exceeding individual sales targets
CRM management: Recording and maintaining accurate customer data, sales activities, and interactions in a CRM system
Market research: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences
Collaboration: Collaborating with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns
Continuous learning: Actively participating in product training sessions
Sales process improvement: Contributing to the improvement of sales processes, strategies, and tools
Compliance: Adhering to sales policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Requirements:
Sales experience: Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales role
Product knowledge: Familiarity with the company's products and the ability to quickly learn and understand their features, benefits, and competitive advantages
Communication skills: Excellent verbal communication skills
Proficient in English and Mandarin preferred
Persuasive skills: The ability to influence and persuade customers to make a purchase
Customer service orientation: A customer-centric approach
Results-oriented: A driven and goal-oriented mindset
CRM and computer skills: Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other sales tools
Adaptability and learning mindset: The ability to adapt to changing sales strategies

Professionalism and integrity: Demonstrating professionalism, ethical conduct, and integrity in sales interactions
