As a Sales Development Representative (DACH), you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth across our International business by generating and qualifying new sales opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to begin or accelerate a career in high-tech sales within a high-growth cybersecurity organisation.
Job Responsibility:
Generate and qualify outbound sales leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling
Conduct ongoing research to identify new prospects, obtain contact information, and initiate targeted campaigns
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert initial interest into sales-accepted leads
Articulate a compelling value proposition and secure qualified meetings for Account Executives
Accurately track all prospect interactions and activities within the CRM system
Partner with Account Executives to strategically target accounts and build pipeline
Achieve and exceed quarterly targets, including qualified lead and meeting quotas
Requirements:
Fluent German and fluent English language skills
Experience in a customer-facing environment (phone or face-to-face)
Ability to effectively qualify leads and uncover customer needs
Confidence in outbound prospecting, including cold calling
Ability to articulate a clear and compelling sales pitch
Resilience and the ability to bounce back from setbacks
Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple outreach channels and prospecting tools
