We're seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. Job Responsibility:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on their alignment with our solutions, understanding their needs through discovery calls, and positioning our products as the ideal fit
Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage lead activities in our CRM system, ensuring seamless handoffs to the sales team
Market Research & Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, and provide valuable feedback to our marketing and product teams
Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with account executives and sales managers to strategize on lead conversion and contribute to regular sales meetings with updates on lead generation activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales, ideally within the technology sector
Fluent English communication skills, with strong pronunciation and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
Ability to build strong relationships with potential clients and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
