We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Munich, Germany, covering the Swiss and Austrian markets. As an SDR at Keepit, you are responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media. You will be the first point of contact for many of our future customers and play a key role in shaping how the market experiences Keepit and our cloud-native data backup and recovery platform. You’ll be equipped with the right tools, data, and support to succeed and work closely with experienced Account Executives to turn your meetings into real pipeline.
Job Responsibility:
Drive pipeline generation in Switzerland and Austria through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach across both German- and French-speaking regions
Book qualified meetings between key decision-makers and our Account Executive team
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting for these markets
Act as an ambassador for Keepit, ensuring a professional and high-quality first touchpoint
Develop a strong understanding of how to successfully engage prospects across these markets
Requirements:
Fluent in German and comfortable working in English in an international environment
French proficiency is a strong advantage
Strong outbound mentality and confidence reaching out to senior stakeholders
Experience in sales development, inside sales, or another customer-facing role
Structured, proactive, and motivated by building pipeline from scratch
Curious about the nuances of selling into Swiss and Austrian markets
Team player with ambition to grow into an Account Executive role
