We’re hiring Sales Development Representatives / Business Development Representatives to grow our Home Health vertical. We need high energy, self starters to bring on more customers. This is a hands on, high activity role for someone who wants to call prospects, handle objections, and bring on business. If you enjoy fast-paced outbound work, don’t shy away from rejection, and are motivated by activity-driven goals, this role is for you. This role is 100% remote.
Job Responsibility:
Make a high volume of outbound calls each week (hundreds of dials)
Pitch our product to prospective customers through cold outreach
Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
Handle objections confidently and adapt messaging on the fly
Track outreach and outcomes accurately in Salesforce
Work with leadership to refine our messaging to customers based on the signals that you hear from your conversations
Requirements:
Strong spoken English and comfort on live calls
Resilience and consistency in the face of rejection
Willingness to learn, iterate, and work in an experimental environment
Reliable internet and a quiet working setup suitable for frequent calls
Nice to have:
1–3 years in outbound sales or high-volume calling roles preferred
Experience selling SaaS or B2B products
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Experience working remotely or with distributed teams
