Job Responsibility:
Prospect accounts and identify potential new revenue segments for your region by researching and analyzing market opportunities
Conduct targeted email outreach to engage prospects and spark interest in bsport’s solutions
Cold call potential clients to introduce bsport and qualify leads based on their needs
Use LinkedIn and Instagram to connect with key decision-makers, starting conversations and driving interest
Leverage video and other media outreach methods to personalize communication and increase engagement with prospects
Requirements:
A degree (Bachelor’s or higher)
Have at least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or similar client-facing roles, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
Speaking English natively
Enjoy taking initiative and achieving results in a fast-paced environment
Thrive on challenges and are eager to develop your skills in a dynamic market
Can work independently while contributing to a strong team spirit and collaboration
Are organised, precise, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms
Have a creative mindset: creative people share ideas, suggest solutions, and are not afraid to innovate
Comfortable with digital tools and sales software (CRM, LinkedIn, Email platforms, etc.)
Able to multitask and prioritize effectively, managing a high volume of outreach without compromising quality
