About the Role: As the Sales Development Intern, you will play a critical role in becoming the engine behind the Confluent Sales Team. You will work closely with our SDR Global Leadership team on projects to improve internal processes and increase pipeline generation. The SDR organization at Confluent fuels pipeline generation for the global Sales organization and develops strong, future AE talent. As a member of the SDR team you will learn the sales fundamentals and how a Sales Development organization operates effectively. Job Responsibility:
Align closely with SDR teams to learn SDR fundamentals including prospecting skills and product knowledge
Work with SDR Operations & Programs leadership on special projects driving growth for the SDR organization
Update and add data to our CRM to help SDRs prospect more effectively
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiasm, creativity, and a desire to learn about sales
Self-starter that is punctual with a strong work ethic
