Job Responsibility:
Making a high volume of outbound customer engagements
Supporting GTM with inbound customer enquiries
Understanding business owners’ needs and requirements while delivering exceptional customer service
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create value and achieve outstanding outcomes for Prospa and our customers
Having detailed conversations with business owners to drive commercial results
