We're looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our Helpware team. What’s an SDR? A driven sales professional who loves connecting with new people, pitching great products, and closing deals. You’ll reach out to business owners and decision-makers, build trust fast, and guide them through the sales process — all the way to a successful close.
Job Responsibility:
Strong understanding and ability to create, demonstrate and deliver multi-media advertising solutions over the phone
Identify and discuss advertising needs with your prospects
Design proposals for prospects based on a needs assessment
Ensure all documentation & reports are complete and accurate
Consistently meet established objectives
Represent our client professionally and enthusiastically both to internal and external customers
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of successful experience in Telephone Sales
Previous sales experience in a retail or call center environment preferred
Available to work between 6 am and 8 pm Monday to Friday
Excellent communications skills along with professional telephone manner
Strong organizational and time management skills

Strong computer aptitude – CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Can work independently to manage/ prioritize your tasks to achieve desired outcomes
Self-motivated to exceed company sales targets with a customer focus
Nice to have:
Google Certification is an asset
Knowledge of both creative and directive advertising across multiple mediums including print, online, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, mobile applications, and social media is an asset
