As an SDR, you’ll drive success for our clients by engaging with potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring a steady flow of high-quality appointments. In this role, you'll be on the front lines of outreach, actively making calls, holding conversations, and building relationships that turn prospects into sales opportunities. You’ll represent clients across various industries, executing outbound strategies and refining your approach to maximize conversions.
Job Responsibility:
Spearhead Outreach: Champion a multi-channel approach (Email, LinkedIn, Phone) to engage prospects and secure qualified sales meetings
Global Representation: Act as the commercial face for diverse UK, US, and EU clients, generating new business through targeted outbound campaigns
Craft Bespoke Messaging: Move beyond scripts. Create tailored, context-aware communication that resonates with decision-makers and handles objections with finesse
Insight-Led Strategy: Analyse campaign metrics to identify trends, report on ROI, and deliver actionable recommendations to optimise the strategy
Master the Tech Stack: Utilise industry-leading tools (Reply.io, HubSpot, Expandi, Zoho, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Outlook, and Calendly) to manage your pipeline with precision
Knowledge Sharing: Keep your finger on the pulse of sales trends and champion best practices across the team
Requirements:
Impeccable command of written and spoken English
At least 2 years of commercial success in an SDR or client-facing role
Proficient with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and modern sales tools
Comfortable managing a schedule across UK, EU, and US time zones
Self-starter who thrives on problem-solving and continuous growth
Comfortable working on a self-employed / B2B contract basis
