We are looking for a driven B2B SDR who is energized by prospecting, opening doors, and creating new business opportunities. You’ll be joining a small but ambitious team, ready to take ownership and make a direct impact on our customer growth.
Job Responsibility
Generate pipeline
Work closely with our leadership team to identify target accounts, engage decision-makers, and secure qualified customer meetings through a combination of cold calling, account-based marketing (ABM), and outbound prospecting
Take on additional responsibilities such as account research, account management, customer engagement, and other revenue-generating activities
Requirements
1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or a similar customer-facing role
Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging senior decision-makers
Strong communication and active listening skills
A resilient and self-motivated mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay focused on results
A track record of achieving goals and consistently delivering against targets
Curiosity and a desire to understand customer challenges and business needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Fluency in Swedish is a plus, but not required
