We’re working with a growing and forward-thinking technology business looking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support their expanding commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven B2B sales professional to break into or further develop within the IT/technology space, with clear earning potential and genuine career progression.
Job Responsibility
Proactively identifying and engaging new business opportunities
Booking qualified meetings for senior sales colleagues
Building relationships with prospective clients across a B2B landscape
Attending and representing the business at networking events
Working closely with marketing and sales teams to drive pipeline growth
Maintaining accurate records of activity and pipeline
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales / business development
Ideally experience in IT or technology sales (not essential)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, target-driven mindset
Genuine interest in the technology sector
Confidence in both phone-based outreach and face-to-face networking
What we offer
£30,000 – £50,000 base salary (depending on experience)
Commission paid on meetings booked and attended
Additional incentives for networking and outbound activity
Hybrid working – 3 days in office (Abingdon or Southampton)
